So fast and simple to use, easy to put back in the cradle and easy to change weight. I love that they are not larger than they have to be, so if you are not using much weight, they are not full size, like some other brands like bowbells.

Given the cost I was a little nervous before buying but the overwhelming positive reviews encouraged me to get some and I am very pleased I did. As I workout at home they are perfect and do not require a lot of space. The ease in which to switch weights between sets etc is very impressive. They do feel like traditional dumbbells and they have made a big difference enabling me to workout more effectively. I think the additional stand would be very helpful so I intend to buy that as and when I have the funds. All in all a great product and perfect for a home gym.
